Indeed, Sitges hosts many festivals throughout the year that give the town character and a reputation for excellence in the field of culture. In addition, in 2008 Sitges promoted all these attractive options under the umbrella label Sitges, Vila de Festivals, an initiative that groups the town’s cultural events together under the same name.
