The Open House 48h is the most important architecture festival in the metropolitan area of Barcelona.

The festival is free and takes place one weekend a year, in October. With the aim of showing that architecture has no borders, the programme extends throughout Barcelona and the metropolitan region.

Specifically, the festival takes place in several cities: in Barcelona, since 2010; in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, since 2013; in Vilassar de Dalt, since 2014; in Sant Joan Despí, since 2015; in Badalona, since 2016; in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, since 2017; and in Sitges since 2021.

• Bell Tower of the Parish of Sant Bartomeu - Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm
• Extension of the Escola Pia - Saturday fom 11 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 6 pm
• House-Studio on L’Illa de Cuba Street - Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm
• Escorxador (Cultural Centre) - Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm
• Workshop of the Sculptor Pere Jou - Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm
• Hotel Casa Vilella - Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm
