This edition aims to be an homage to Sitges’s traditional cuisine this year, when Catalonia is the 2025 World Region of Gastronomy under the slogan of ‘Som Gastronomia’ (We Are Gastronomy).

The proposal this year is presented as a continuation of the recovery edition in 2024, featuring the most traditional restaurants in Sitges and the most local recipes, as well as the new culinary offerings which merge tradition and avant-garde.
