Op 5 augustus wordt de dag van de Virgen del Vinyet gevierd. Het gelijknamige sanctuarium is uitgeroepen tot Architectonisch Erfgoed en is dan ook een plaats waar men samenkomt om de meest geliefde beschermvrouwe van Sitges te vereren. Op de agenda van die dag staan de mis die ter ere van haar wordt opgedragen, een kleine markt en vuurwerk. Zorg ervoor dat je die viering niet mist als je in Sitges bent. Je zult getuige zijn van een gebeurtenis die voor de inwoners van Sitges grote emotionele betekenis heeft.

Offering by representatives from the initiative ‘My name is Vinyet, a Sitges name’. Followed by veneration of the Holy Image and the singing of the Cant dels Goigs.

At the beach with the Benaprés statue. Event with fireworks.
