The Culture Council of Sitges City Council is organising the series made up of a total of 24 shows this time, eight of which are concerts, four dance shows and twelve DJ sessions at the Village venue to offer an eclectic, plural line-up that will showcase the artistic talent from Sitges and the rest of the county of Garraf. During the event, more than twenty artists will share their records and choreographies.

The doors will be opened at the Village venue at 8 pm, when the DJ sessions begin. The music performances and dance shows begin at 8.45 and end at 9.30 pm, before the concerts at the Auditori, which will be held on the event’s main stage.

The mayor of Sitges, Aurora Carbonell; the Culture Councillor, Albert Oliver-Rodés; the coordinator of the 2025 Imprescindibles series, Núria Escarp; and the co-director of the Festival Terramar CaixaBank, Joan Ramon Rodríguez all participated in the opening event, which took place this Tuesday at the Santiago Rusiñol Library. The singer Gaddafi Núñez performed three songs during the evening. The Imprescindibles series is organised by Sitges City Council in conjunction with Ràdio Sitges, which programme and coordinate the series, and the Festival Terramar Caixabank.

A wide variety of artistic performances will be on display at the Village venue, located in the ponds of the Jardins de Terramar. Starting at 8.45 pm, after the DJ sessions, different styles will be played, including pop, electronica, rock, rumba, reggae, original songs and Mediterranean folk.

The musical performances start on 25 July with the concert featuring the independent pop-rock of Trial. It will close on 10 August with Montserrat i Meritxell, a musical trio that offers an explosive fusion of rumba and pachanga with a live show full of energy, humour and rhythm.

Ticket sales

A ticket for the concert at the Auditori includes access to the Village. People who only want to attend the performances in the 2025 Imprescindibles series will soon be able to purchase tickets for the Village Zone on the Sitges Culture website (culturasitges.cat/entrades) or on the day of the performances at the Festival box office starting at 7 pm.

The general ticket price is €5, which includes access to the Village Zone of the Festival Jardins Terramar from 8 pm onwards (but does not include access to the concerts at the Auditori). A variety of discounts are also available.
